“Your low pressure and sincere approach to your patient’s progress and well being was truly the difference between Facility and any other treatment facility I have ever experienced.
As I told several of your staff, I had been clean for 16 years but relapsed due to surgery. I found the positive approach to the patients very sincere. The constant desire to help us was extremely beneficial to my attitude for recovery.
The fact that I was allowed to keep things like my phone and laptop helped tremendously to reduce stress related to my family and business. As a result, my time spent on focusing on my recovery was much more productive; stress-free.
The food was great.
You have a great staff (All included) that exceeded my expectations at every level.
I will highly recommend your facility and philosophy to others.”

“I am very happy I came here for my detox. It was good that Eric and George took charge and got me to arrive here. I am grateful to JJ, Jean and Frances. JJ really has given his all to my care, so have the cooks and nurses.
I have been here at Novus for six nights now. I am on the backside of my recovery. I realized I needed more care than just detox to ensure I will not relapse. I legitimately want to stop using prescription drugs now. When I first got here, it was so uncomfortable that in all honesty I probably would have relapsed. Now, I am optimistic that I can do it.”

“The living accommodations were extremely comfortable and amenable. Patient’s rights were completely respected. Privacy was also respected. The food served was excellent, and the meals were healthy and served in a timely manner. The nursing staff was both friendly and very professional.
The counselors were all extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. More than anyone else, they helped make the stay here as pleasant as possible. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here and feel it will help improve me as a person in a number of ways beyond just overcoming my addiction. I would definitely recommend Novus to others who need help.
I now believe alcohol served no good purpose in my life. I have come to realize there are many other positive, healthy alternatives out there.”
